Dannika is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT®) who brings mindfulness, movement, and compassion into every class she teaches. She believes yoga should be accessible, sustainable, and truly transformative—not just something you do on a mat, but a practice you can carry into every corner of your life.

With extensive training in Classical Hatha, Integrated Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga, Dannika creates inclusive and empowering classes that support strength, mobility, and ease for every body and experience level. Her approach to yoga is simple and heartfelt: meet people where they are, create space for breath and balance, and remind students that the most powerful shifts often start with the smallest, most intentional movements.

Over the past decade, she has guided weekly and virtual group sessions, led international yoga and adventure retreats, partnered with companies for wellness programs, hosted beach yoga gatherings, and designed adaptive practices for People with Disabilities—all with the same intention: to help people reconnect with themselves and move with more grace and confidence.

Off the mat, you’ll likely find her enjoying quality time with her hound dog, Ole Miss, getting lost in a feel-good novel, or taking advantage of all that the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine has to offer ❤︎

Meet Ole Miss

Meet Ole Miss

Ole Miss is the most gentle, wise, empathetic, compassionate canine – whom Dannika lovingly refers to her as her “Soul Dog” – and who absolutely embodies the pure heart of yoga.

As a beautiful bloodhound/black lab mix and a true Southern belle from Mississippi, Miss is known for her perfectly practiced Downward-Facing Dog, her deep devotion to Savasana, and her uncanny ability to leave pawprints on your mat and heart.  

With her intrinsically calm, deeply-rooted benevolent nature, she radiates warmth and creates an easy-going energy everywhere she goes. As a Certified Canine Good Citizen (CCGC) and Emotional Support Animal (ESA), she has made many special appearances and continues to be a contributing member of the Doga community.
